“Really worth while”

I’ve been wanting to do this cruise for awhile now so we decided to do it on our honeymoon recently. The cruise was really worth while the commentary was great, the guy running it was fantastic. The cruise is definitely value for money will definitely be back again in the near future.

“Great fun”

We went on the huka falls river cruise yesterday and as the meeting point was in the ariatiara dam car park we were able to combine watching the Dan gates being opened before and after the cruise. Dave our host was great giving us a really interesting dialogue as we cruised to the falls , once at the falls which were spectacular he kept circling so we could all get our photos taken. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area as its well worth it.

“Amazing experience Huka Falls River Cruise dont miss it!”

What a great experience to see the huka falls so close. The beautiful scenery of the Waikato river, lots of birds. Comfortable boat and all the information about the area that Dave our friendly guide provided us made our tour more interesting.

“The best and closest way to see the Huka Falls”

ally enjoyed this river cruise and getting up so close to the Falls themselves. The driver provided an interesting commentary as we cruised up and down the river and we had several ‘runs’ up to the Falls so plenty of opportunity to take photos. There weren’t that many people on our cruise and hardly any made use of the platform at the front of the boat which didn’t make any sense to us as it was definitely the best place to view the Falls themselves. We also stayed out there for the whole trip back down the river (with the platform all to ourselves!) and we could still hear the commentary outside. Free tea & coffee were also provided on board. Very enjoyable 🙂
