Head north from Taupo towards Rotorua.

Go past the Hamilton turn off approximately 2km and turn right down Aratiatia
Road (sign posted Aratiatia Rapids & River Cruise).

Continue to Aratiatia Dam (approx 2km) and the car park is immediately after the bridge on the right hand side.
